How do I update a team member record?

Complete the following steps to update an existing user record:

  1. Click on the team that contains the user that you want to edit or use the search function.
  2. Click on the user that you want to edit. The user's record opens at the Info panel.
  3. Click the Edit button. A form is displayed containing the user's existing details.
  4. Edit the details as required.
  5. Click Done to save your changes (or click Cancel to discard your changes).
  6. Click the Contact tab and repeat steps 3-5 to update contact information.
