How do I delete a CRM record?

Complete the following steps to delete a record from the CRM module:

  1. Use the Search for function or navigate the list of existing records to find the record that you want to delete.
  2. Click on the record's name. The record's details are displayed on a new tab. The Info tab is displayed by default.
  3. Click on Options.
  4. Click on Delete Record in the drop-down menu. The Delete confirmation dialogue is displayed.
  5. Type in 'DELETE'.
  6. Click on OK to confirm deletion (or click Cancel to cancel the deletion). The record is removed from the system.

NoteDeleting records is only available if the user has delete permissions on that record.
