Complete the following steps to delete a record from the CRM module:
- Use the Search for function or navigate the list of existing records to find the record that you want to delete.
- Click on the record's name. The record's details are displayed on a new tab. The Info tab is displayed by default.
- Click on Options.
- Click on Delete Record in the drop-down menu. The Delete confirmation dialogue is displayed.
- Type in 'DELETE'.
- Click on OK to confirm deletion (or click Cancel to cancel the deletion). The record is removed from the system.
Note: Deleting records is only available if the user has delete permissions on that record.
